What is your delivery timeframe for in-stock furniture?
We pride ourselves on speed. For all in-stock items, we offer same-day or next-day white-glove delivery within our local service area to get your home furnished as quickly as possible.
Do you offer financing options for large purchases?
Yes, we provide a variety of flexible financing plans, including no-interest options for qualified buyers, to help you bring home the furniture you love today.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom orders and mattresses may have specific restrictions.
Is your furniture made from real wood?
Quality is our priority. A significant portion of our inventory features solid wood construction and premium veneers, sourced from reputable manufacturers known for durability and craftsmanship.
Do you provide old furniture removal services?
To assist with your transition, we offer haul-away services for old mattresses and furniture pieces on a one-for-one basis when you choose our white-glove delivery service.
How can I track my delivery status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation text and email. Our delivery team will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to ensure you are ready for your new furniture.
